RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Junior Analyst for BIA team to join in Mumbai.

In this role you will be responsible for:

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Support new and ongoing projects by gathering data, following the agreed methodology and preparing deliverables.
  • Use AI and GenAI tools as part of daily research - write effective prompts, run the team's AI agents and workflows, and check outputs for accuracy and source reliability before use.
  • Learn to build and improve simple AI solutions - prompt libraries, templates and automations - that reduce manual effort in regular tasks.
  • Create company profiles, comparable and precedent transaction analyses, financial benchmarking, company and industry analysis reports, newsletters and earnings summaries.
  • Build and maintain financial models with a sound understanding of modelling principles.
  • Conduct data analysis and present information in clear, accurate and easy-to-use formats.
  • Deliver assigned client requests accurately and on time during the shift.
  • Follow quality control checklists and self-review all work before submission.
  • Raise unclear requirements, delays or data issues to the shift lead promptly.
  • Maintain trackers and work instructions, and support training material updates as needed.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
  • Client-focused, responsive to feedback and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in multi-sector information research, with exposure to Investment Banking (preferred) or financial services.
  • Working knowledge of databases such as S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.
  • Sound business/Finance/accounting acumen, understanding of financial statements, modelling and ratios.
  • Strong attention to detail, with outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback and build expertise across sectors and products.
  • Technical know-how in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • MBA or a master’s degree in finance, preferably with internship or work experience in research or financial services.

Experience: 1-3 years.

Working hours: 7 am to 4 pm / 4 pm to 1 am

Residence Location: Candidates must reside within 30 kilometers of the office in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Hands-on experience with AI prompting and GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) applied to business tasks.

Progress towards finance certifications (CA or CFA) is a plus.
