The RoleWe are seeking a Visionary AI Developer with prior Founder experience to report directly to the Group CEO in our Noida Office.

We are not looking for a passive manager or someone who delegates all coding. We need a hands-on, high-agency engineer and product architect who loves shipping products, building AI-native workflows, and transforming enterprise processes using modern artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on AI & Software Development: Architect, write, test, and deploy production-grade AI applications, agentic workflows, custom LLM pipelines, and automated intelligence tools.
  • Product Innovation & 0-to-1 Building: Partner with the Group CEO to conceptualize, prototype, and scale new AI-driven product capabilities and internal tools with extreme speed.
  • System & Data Architecture: Design robust, scalable backends, clean API integrations, vector databases, and cloud infrastructure to support AI models in production.
  • Continuous Tech Evolution: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI research, framework updates, open-source models, and developer tooling to keep SupplyValid ahead of the curve.

What We Are Looking For

  • Mandatory: Prior Founder or Co-Founder experience at a tech startup or venture, bringing extreme ownership, product instinct, and frugal execution.
  • Proven AI Development Expertise: Direct, hands-on track record building and deploying AI models, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, or computer vision in live production environments.
  • 5–10+ years of core software engineering experience, with mastery in modern stacks (Python, TypeScript, Node.js, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain/LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs).
  • Deep understanding of cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), microservices, databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A true "Visionary Developer" mindset—relentlessly curious, autonomous, and focused on building software that creates tangible business value.
