Operating at the intersection of culture, creators, and communities, we help leading consumer and digital-native brands drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance across social platforms. Through a vertically integrated ecosystem of proprietary meme networks, creator collectives, and owned media brands, we deliver scalable, content-first distribution models that combine strategy, storytelling, and organic reach to engineer attention at scale.

The Role

You will build the products behind our new age content creation platforms and the tech-led businesses we launch next. This is a builder’s job. We want someone who can take a feature from idea to production across web, mobile and backend, solve hard problems personally, and raise the bar for the engineers around them.

What You Will Do

Year one

• Help scale our 2 live social media platforms: users, engagement, reliability, performance and monetisation.
• Build and ship core features end to end across backend, web and mobile.
• Contribute to launching 1 to 2 new tech-led lines of business from zero.
• Use AI and LLM-powered features in our products and internal workflows: content, recommendations, creator and brand matching, analytics and automation.

Ongoing

• Design and build scalable APIs, services and data pipelines using Python, MongoDB and ClickHouse.
• Build fast, polished web experiences with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Build and ship cross-platform mobile apps with React Native and Flutter.
• Own the quality of what you ship: architecture, security, performance, cloud costs and uptime.
• Stay hands-on with debugging, code reviews and design reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Use AI tools to move faster and help the team do the same.
• Work closely with product, design, content, creator and sales teams across all business verticals.
• Help build an engineering culture that is fast, curious and AI-native.

Experience

What We Are Looking For

• 5 to 8 years in software development, with a strong record of shipping and maintaining production products.
• Has built and scaled consumer-facing products, ideally in social media, creator platforms, media, content or high-traffic consumer apps.
• Has worked in a fast-growing team and taken ownership of features or systems from start to finish.

Technical depth

• Strong in Python and TypeScript.
• Hands-on with React and Next.js for web.
• Experience building mobile apps with React Native and Flutter.
• Solid working knowledge of MongoDB, including data modelling and performance tuning.
• Experience with ClickHouse or similar analytical databases for high-volume event and analytics data.
• Comfortable with cloud-native architectures, APIs and modern stacks.
• Practical AI experience: has shipped AI/ML or LLM-powered features and uses AI to speed up engineering.
• Experience with scale: high traffic, video and media pipelines, data infrastructure and cost-efficient cloud operations.
