We’re seeking a professional with strong technical expertise in the MERN Stack and Vibe Coding, along with the ability to lead projects and mentor trainees.

* Role: Project Manager & Software Development Trainer

* Experience: Minimum 2 years

* Compensation: ₹3 LPA

* Job Type: Part-time

* Working Hours: 3–5 hours per day

* Work Mode: 100% Remote | Work From Home

* Complete MERN Stack knowledge: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.j

s* Strong understanding of full-stack web application developmen

t* Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, authentication and deploymen

t* Practical knowledge of Vibe Coding and AI-assisted development workflow

s* Ability to build, debug, test and deploy functional application

s* Experience using Git/GitHub and modern development tool

🎯 Key Responsibilitie

* Manage software development projects from planning to deployment

.* Conduct practical software development training sessions

.* Mentor trainees through real-world projects and coding assignments

.* Review code, troubleshoot technical issues and maintain development standards

.* Integrate AI-assisted coding tools into development workflows
