Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Technical Co-Founder with Investment, based in Jaipur. The role involves leading the technical vision and architecture for DataPlay’s learning platform and related tools, including planning, developing, and iterating on core product features. The Technical Co-Founder will collaborate closely with the founding team on product roadmap, data science education solutions, and technology decisions, while contributing capital investment and managing resource allocation. Day-to-day tasks include hands-on development, reviewing and improving technical workflows, coordinating with mentors and operations teams to align technology with learner needs, and ensuring scalability and reliability of platforms. The role also includes engaging in strategic discussions about growth, partnerships, and monetization, and representing the technical side of the venture to investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and research abilities to guide product decisions, evaluate learning outcomes, and inform technical strategy.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with founders, mentors, learners, and external partners.
  • Sales and marketing skills to support outreach, promote DataPlay’s offerings, and contribute to growth strategies.
  • Technical leadership experience in software development, data science, or related fields, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Prior experience in education technology, data science training, or similar domains is beneficial.
  • Ability and willingness to make an investment in the venture and take shared ownership of business outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability in a startup environment, and readiness to work on-site in Jaipur.
