We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 15+ years of expertise in managing e governance projects and digital transformation, specifically in the implementation of Central and State level portals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Lead the planning and implementation of e-governance projects in the state
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of all projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of multiple projects.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate projects' risks and issues.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to customer and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
  • Mentor and guide project team members.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as and when needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
