Broad outline of the Role

  • Experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Automation projects with strong expertise in infra and network and end use delivery. Should have excellent knowledge of Python based delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage project governance, and engage effectively with customers and stakeholders. Should handle multiple customer projects in parallel. A solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, and automation technologies is essential to drive technical discussions and ensure successful project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduation in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field
  • 12-16 Years relevant experience

Other Knowledge & Skills

  • • Srong work experience in Python, Django/FastAPI and Automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver Infrastructure, Network, and Security Automation solutions.
  • Understand infrastructure, networking, APIs, automation frameworks, and DevOps practices to effectively guide project execution.
  • Facilitate technical discussions between customers and engineering teams to ensure business and technical alignment.
  • Knowledge of Network and infrastructure integration with NMS platforms
  • Participate in solution planning, effort estimation and technical reviews.
  • Strong knowledge of security life cycle.
  • Code review and integration expertise

Key Responsibilities

  • • Conduct project review meetings, communicate progress, manage expectations, and handle escalations.
  • Ensure timely decision-making by coordinating with business, delivery, and customer technical teams.
  • Plan and coordinate project resources based on delivery priorities.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, track assignments, and remove delivery blockers.
  • Strong knowledge in Python and Automation frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing Infrastructure, Network Automation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, resource management.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure, networking, Security, APIs, automation, and DevOps concepts.
  • Architecture design and review
  • Team management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
