Job Description:

Brilyant is building a suite of products that sit at the intersection of enterprise workflows,

employee experience, and AI-led automation. We are looking for someone who can own

products end-to-end, move fast with clarity, and help shape products that directly impact

business outcomes, a process-driven Product Manager who can bring structure, drive

execution, and take ownership of product outcomes in a fast-moving environment. This role

requires someone who can translate ambiguity into clear plans and consistently move products

forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end product delivery — from requirement clarity to release

  • Create Product Roadmap & Groom Backlog.
  • Create PRDs that are usable.
  • Conduct Sprint planning with clear outcomes.
  • Ensure Tight tracking and closure.
  • Translate ambiguous inputs into clear, executable requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure delivery quality and timelines are met.
  • Ruthless prioritization based on impact.
  • Identify gaps early and drive resolution.
  • Ensure what gets built is aligned to intended outcomes (not just shipped).
  • Continuously improve workflows, reduce rework, and increase delivery efficiency.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • 4–6 years in B2B product management (product-led setups preferred).
  • Experience in SaaS / enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-led features or automation workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience of shipping products/features end-to-end.
  • Strong exposure to working closely with engineering teams and senior management.
  • Proven ability to drive processes and improve delivery hygiene.
  • Proficiency in using PM tools like Miro/ Draw.io, Balsamiq, Jira & Confluence, Click up,

Figma etc.

  • Prior working knowledge of HRMS, ITSM & MDM Products.
