Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role based in Surat. The Research Assistant will support research projects by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, and by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Daily tasks include conducting literature reviews, assisting in the design of research methodologies, preparing reports or summaries, and helping with presentations or client deliverables. The role may also involve basic laboratory or technical procedures, data entry, quality checks, and coordination with other team members to ensure timelines and standards are met. The Research Assistant is expected to follow established protocols, comply with relevant guidelines, and contribute to a disciplined and efficient research process.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret information, identify patterns, and support evidence-based conclusions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to prepare clear reports, collaborate with team members, and present findings in a concise manner.
