As we expand our paid-media services, we are building a talented team in India to manage and grow Google advertising campaigns for our U.S. clients.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Google Ads Specialist to join our team at our Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across our diverse client portfolio.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day performance of Google Ads accounts across Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns, as well as Google Local Services Ads (LSAs). Responsibilities include everything from initial campaign setup and verification to ongoing optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate results clearly to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management (Search, Display & Performance Max)

• Build and structure Search, Display and Performance Max campaigns, including keyword research, ad groups, and audience/asset setup.
• Write and A/B test ad copy and creative assets to improve click-through and conversion rates.
• Manage bids, budgets, and negative keywords; continuously optimize toward each client's goals (leads, calls, sales).
• Set up and validate conversion tracking (Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager) and call tracking.
• Provide landing page and messaging recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Google Local Service Ads (LSA)

• Set up and optimize Local Service Ads profiles, including service areas, categories, and budgets.
• Support clients through Google Guaranteed verification — coordinating background checks and license/insurance documentation (handled remotely).
• Manage lead budgets to control lead volume and cost, and dispute bad/invalid leads to recover credits.
• Advise clients on review generation to strengthen LSA ranking and lead quality.

Reporting & Client Success

• Produce clear monthly (and where applicable, more frequent) performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Monitor account health, pacing, and lead quality; flag issues and opportunities proactively.
• Communicate results, recommendations, and strategy to clients and internal account managers.
• Stay current with Google Ads updates, best practices, and policy changes.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display and Performance Max).
• Working knowledge of Google Local Service Ads, or demonstrable ability to learn the LSA setup and verification process quickly.
• Proficiency with conversion tracking and analytics — Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Strong grasp of PPC metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and the ability to act on data.
• Google Ads certification (Search and/or Performance Max).
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain results to U.S.-based clients.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience working with a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.
• Familiarity with call-tracking tools and landing page / CRO basics.
• Experience serving U.S. clients.
