Fashion Consultant

Location: Chhatarpur Dhanmil.

Introduction to the BrandMoledro is looking for a customer-focused Fashion Consultant with a strong understanding of fashion, styling, and client servicing. The role involves providing personalized styling advice, managing customer relationships, handling customization requests, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice based on customers’ preferences, body types, and occasions.
• Assist customers with outfit selection, measurements, fittings, and customization requirements.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely order execution.
• Manage pre-sales and post-sales activities, including order tracking, customer queries, and feedback.
• Maintain customer records, measurements, order details, and sales reports.
• Support store sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service, including to high-end clientele.Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Prior experience in fashion retail or apparel is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of styling, fabrics, garment measurements, and fashion trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Preferred Skills
• Experience in luxury fashion, couture, bridal, or occasion wear.
• Knowledge of customization, fittings, alterations, and client relationship management.
