Senior Product Manager

YourDOST is looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager who is passionate about building something meaningful and making a real impact on the lives of many.

Preference : Software background (Gaming is better) or UI/UX Background

Preference : Relevant PM experience (1-3 years)

What you will do:

  • At least 1 year of relevant product management experience, especially in digital products and applications. Exposure to preventative health products (physical/ mental) would be preferable.
  • Should have worked in fast-growing startups
  • Knowledgeable in technology (if possible, a past coding experience to guide tech with respect).
  • Hands-on knowledge of various tools around agile collaboration, wireframing, and analytics.
  • Experience writing PRDs and doing UAT will be a major plus.

Who can apply:

  • 0-1 mindset to look at the UX and put that to action in an agile way
  • An IIT/IIM or a highly reputed institution graduate
  • Managing the entire product roadmap from strategic planning to tactical activities. We are lean, so this role will oversee a LOT of things, large and small!
  • Work closely with the technology and design teams to enable efficient and good releases, and service the other functions of the organization with their product/dev needs.
  • Do competition and market analysis through regular research and customer feedback/interviews, and direct the product roadmap accordingly.
  • Use data to understand the product performance and to influence further product planning.

HSR Layout, Bangalore (5-day work week)
