Job Description

Python (Programming Language)

• As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications.
• You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software.
• Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support evolving organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Data Build Tool, Apache Airflow.
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications.
• Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
