US Healthcare RCM - Associate Product Manager / Sr. Product Owner

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and documentation of new product ideas. By maintaining a good customer and market knowledge, this candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our products
• Internalize and represent the customers' voice throughout the product lifecycle
• Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly
• Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision
• Taking products from 0-1 with right vision and path defined.
• Understand the data, derive the values, define the oppurtiunities around Claims, denials, healthplans, Medicare-Medicaid CMS policies.
• Identify the client pain points and translate into ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study
• Overall 8-10 yrs of Experience in Software developement/Consulting/Product management.
• Mandatory 4+ years' experience in product management in US healthcare domain (RCM- payer and provider space)
• Experience with tools like DevOps / JIRA, Confluence/wiki etc
• AI tool usage for Product management activities
• Ready for fast faced Startup environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
