Co-founder(Growth and Marketting)

We’re hiring a Co-founder (Growth & Marketing) at HelloBae 🚀

I’m building HelloBae, a video-first dating app where people video date first, then decide. We launch in December 2026, and I’m looking for a co-founder to build it with me.

Role: Co-founder, Growth & Marketing

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR (hybrid)

Type: Equity-based

What you’ll own

• Growth strategy: getting our first users and scaling city by city
• Marketing, brand and content across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Partnerships with creators, community admins and brands
• Paid ads and performance tracking once we launch
• Day-to-day operations as the team grows

You might be a fit if you have

• At least 2–3 years of experience in growth, marketing or social media, ideally at a consumer app or startup
• Grown something real: a community, a page, a product or a customer base
• Strong business sense and comfort with numbers
• Confidence on calls and on camera
• The drive to build from zero and take full ownership
