Role Description The Owner role at STJ ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, responsible for overall business leadership and strategic direction. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, ensuring product and service quality, guiding sales and marketing initiatives, and maintaining strong customer relationships across pan-India locations. The Owner will manage key partnerships, monitor financial performance, and make decisions that support long-term growth and innovation in attendance and access control solutions. This role also involves leading senior team members, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to relevant standards and certifications. The Owner is expected to be present on-site to coordinate cross-functional activities and provide hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Business strategy, planning, and decision-making capabilities, including budgeting, financial oversight, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in technology, electronics, security solutions, or related industries, preferably with exposure to biometric or access control systems.
• Customer relationship management skills and the ability to maintain long-term partnerships and service quality across multiple locations.
• Operational management skills, including process optimization, compliance with ISO standards, and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization to clients, partners, and vendors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving ability, and comfort with high-responsibility ownership roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, Management, or a related field is preferred.
