About the Role
We’re Hiring: Business Architect | Payments / Commercial Cards We’re looking for an experienced Business Architect to drive large-scale business transformation across Payments / Commercial Cards. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business strategy into a clear Target Operating Model (TOM), future-state customer journeys, capability maps, and transformation roadmaps.
Experience- 10yrs to 15yrs
location -Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon
Responsibilities
- Define the Target Operating Model (TOM) and target business model
- Develop business capability maps across product ranges
- Design future-state customer journeys
- Facilitate AS-IS journey workshops and identify opportunities for process simplification
- Drive process standardisation and optimisation across regions
- Define target states and develop phased transformation roadmaps
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards and operational resilience requirements
- Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive transformation
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Payments and/or Commercial Cards
- Hands-on experience in Operating Model Design
- Strong Customer Journey Mapping experience
- Expertise in Process Architecture, Simplification & Optimisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across complex, multi-region transformation programs
