Relevant Experience: Strong backend development expertise

Work Mode: Hybrid

NOT FOR DATA SCIENTIST - IT IS STRONG BACKEND DEVELOPEMENT

Key Skills Required:

Strong hands-on coding in Java / C# / C++ or similar languages

Distributed systems and backend architecture

REST APIs, asynchronous messaging & integrations

SQL/NoSQL databases, schema design & query optimization

Cloud-native development, scalability & performance optimization

Unit testing, code reviews, debugging & production support

What We're Looking For:

Strong backend engineering fundamentals

Experience owning complex backend components

Ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure services

Good career stability and problem-solving skills

Experience in Contact Center, Analytics, Data Platforms, or third-party integrations will be an added advantage.
