Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Your role includes analyzing requirements, contributing to the architectural design, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business workflows. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and work towards delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of custom software applications.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing applications.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and application design principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in UKG Pro.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
