Role Summary

We are looking for skilled and experienced Data Scientists to join our Technology & Development team. The candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and deploying solutions in data science and AI/ML. With 2-5 years of experience, with a strong working knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing and architecting data science related solutions from customer requirement.
  • Design and develop AI/ML models and solutions for real-world applications.
  • Build and maintain scalable back-end systems and APIs using Python and/or JavaScript
  • Guide a team of Data Scientists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.

Required Technical Skills

  • Python- Strong hands-on experience of writing production quality code.
  • AI / ML- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and model deployment.
  • Experience in Gen AI / Agentic AI with strong knowledge of tools like Gemini and Claude is a must.
  • Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a must.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics from a recognized institution.
  • Strong academic background with a consistent record of performance.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
