Full-stack Developer (Backend Heavy)

Role Description

The Full-stack Developer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power QM'''' AI-driven products and internal tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, developing back-end services and APIs, integrating AI components, writing clean and testable code, and troubleshooting technical issues across the stack. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication, participation in virtual meetings, and ownership of project deliverables from concept through deployment and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases (mongoDB, supabase) , and server-side frameworks. Preferred exposure to automation systems like n8n, make com etc.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices such as version control, testing, code review, and continuous integration.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
  • Experience integrating or supporting AI/ML systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
