Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK).
Experience with log management, data ingestion, and real-time analytics using Elastic Stack components.
Strong knowledge of system monitoring, alerting, and visualization techniques.
Ability to optimize and troubleshoot Elastic Stack deployments for performance and scalability.
Familiarity with integrating Elastic Stack with various data sources and applications.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK).
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
