Role Description The Owner role at Cling Info Tech Works Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with experience in setting organizational direction and overseeing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven background in software development, ERP implementation, or web portal projects, with the ability to make informed technical and business decisions.
  • Business development and client relationship management capabilities, including negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building.
  • Operational and financial management skills, such as budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership.
  • Experience managing or founding a technology or services organization is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and commit to a full-time leadership role.
