About the role:

A Retail Analytics Specialist helps retailers make data-driven business decisions by analyzing sales, customer behavior, inventory, market trends, and store performance. This role plays a key part in improving profitability, operational efficiency, and retail expansion strategies.

Requirements:

Education Qualification

Full-time Engineering degree in Data Science/ AI&ML/ Computational Mathematics/ Statistics or related field.

Added Advantage:

Relevant certifications or notable achievements in retail analytics, consumer behavior, market research, business strategy, or interdisciplinary programs.

Required Skills

Experience in retail analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and customer analytics.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Knowledge of predictive analytics and forecasting techniques.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Responsibilities:
Analyze retail, customer, inventory, and sales data.
Build dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring frameworks.
Support store performance analysis and site selection initiatives.
Develop forecasting models for sales, demand, and inventory planning.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance.
