Job Description
At TARA AI Labs, we're building autonomous AI systems for financial intelligence, credit infrastructure, and intelligent money management. We are creating production-grade AI systems, not SaaS wrappers. Responsibilities: - Design scalable backend AI systems. - Productionize LLMs and AI agents. - Build APIs, microservices, and data pipelines. - Optimize performance, reliability, and security. - Implement CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability. Requirements: - Experience: 3-7+ years. - Python (mandatory); Go/TypeScript preferred. - Experience in distributed systems, DSA, and system design. - Required Skills: REST APIs and microservices, AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, Airflow, PostgreSQL/Snowflake, Prometheus, Grafana. Preferred AI Experience: - LLMs, RAG, embeddings. - LangChain, Hugging Face, Ray. - PyTorch and TensorFlow. - OpenAI/Claude integrations. Advanced ML models that assess creditworthiness beyond traditional credit scores, incorporating alternative data signals to serve India's credit-invisible population. Deep learning systems that understand user intent and financial behaviour patterns, enabling personalised credit solutions that adapt to individual circumstances. AI-driven matching algorithms that connect borrowers with the right lenders, optimising approval rates while managing risk across our network of 50+ RBI-certified lending partners. Automated legal and compliance frameworks, including our Loan Kavach feature, that safeguard users from predatory practices and recovery harassment.
