Project Manager - Freeflow Ventures

The Opportunity

Freeflow Ventures is looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure to ambiguity, translate ideas into executable plans and keep multiple teams aligned around outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between product thinking, project execution, stakeholder management and operational problem solving.

The role will work across Freeflow and selected portfolio or venture-building initiatives, where priorities can change quickly and execution quality matters as much as the plan. Prior experience as a Product Manager in a startup or early-stage startup is a strong plus, particularly if you have worked closely with founders, customers and engineering teams before mature processes or playbooks existed.

What You Could Work On

Own product and project execution: Translate founder or business priorities into clear scopes, milestones, owners and delivery plans, while keeping teams focused on outcomes rather than activity.
Shape products from problem to release: Work with users, founders, designers and engineers to define problems, prioritise requirements, build roadmaps and drive releases from discovery through launch and iteration.
Run cross-functional initiatives: Coordinate technology, GTM, operations and business teams where dependencies are high, timelines matter and responsibilities are distributed.
Build clarity in ambiguity: Break broad or poorly defined problems into decisions, hypotheses, experiments and workstreams that can be executed and measured.
Track performance and unblock delivery: Create operating cadence, identify risks early, resolve bottlenecks and keep stakeholders clear on progress, trade-offs and next steps.
Support venture-building work: Help new products, business verticals or portfolio companies move from early idea to MVP, customer feedback, iteration and scale.

Who This Is For
