About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist - AI to join our growing AI and Analytics team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence initiatives, build enterprise-grade AI solutions, and deliver measurable business impact across industries.

You will work across the entire AI lifecycle, from problem definition and model development to deployment and optimization. The role provides exposure to emerging technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning, while collaborating with global teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions for complex business problems.
• Build and optimize predictive models, recommendation engines, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model development, and performance tuning.
• Develop and evaluate Deep Learning models for various AI use cases.

Generative AI & Emerging Technologies

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI Agents.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and user experience.
• Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving Agentic AI and advanced AI architectures.

Deployment & MLOps

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work with APIs, Docker, Git, and MLOps best practices to build scalable AI systems.
• Ensure model reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to AI capability-building programs.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Modeling.
• Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, APIs, and MLOps concepts.
