  • Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for AI/ML-powered Java applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards, scalability requirements, and business objectives.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of AI tools including GitHub Copilot and Claude to accelerate code generation, automate testing, and improve developer productivity across engineering teams.
  • Design RESTful and event-driven microservices in Core Java that expose AI/ML model inferences as consumable APIs, integrated with ReactJS front-end applications for seamless end-user experiences.
  • Architect and manage Kubernetes-based container orchestration strategies for deploying, scaling, and monitoring AI/ML models in production environments with zero-downtime release capabilities.
  • Collaborate with data science and ML engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into Java-based production systems, ensuring model versioning, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, proof-of-concept evaluations, and technical due diligence exercises to validate AI/ML solution approaches before committing to full-scale development.
  • Mentor and guide a team of senior and mid-level engineers in Chennai on Core Java best practices, ReactJS component architecture, Kubernetes deployment strategies, and responsible AI development principles.
  • Drive the creation of architecture decision records, solution design documents, and technical roadmaps that align AI/ML investments with long-term enterprise digital transformation goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Java AI&ML Solution Architect with 12-15 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering leadership team in Hyd/Chennai/Pune/Bangalore, responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML-integrated solutions using Core Java and modern cloud-native technologies.

  • The ideal candidate will architect scalable, production-ready AI/ML pipelines and integrate large language model capabilities using tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude into existing Java-based enterprise applications.
  • This role demands deep expertise in Core Java and microservices design patterns, combined with the ability to leverage Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment of AI/ML workloads at scale across hybrid and cloud environments.
  • The architect will lead the design of full-stack solutions incorporating ReactJS-based front-end interfaces that interact seamlessly with AI-powered backend services, ensuring high performance and responsive user experiences.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on experience with AI/ML model integration, prompt engineering with Claude, and accelerating development workflows using GitHub Copilot across large development teams.
  • The role requires active collaboration with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional engineering squads in Chennai to translate complex business requirements into technically sound AI-driven architectural blueprints.
  • Proficiency in defining Kubernetes-based CI/CD strategies, service mesh configurations, and cloud-native deployment patterns is essential for ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of AI/ML solution workloads.
  • You will establish architectural standards, conduct design reviews, and mentor senior engineers on best practices in Core Java development, AI/ML solution design, ReactJS integration, and responsible AI governance.
