Job Position: ServiceNow Developer ITOM

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 8 to 10+ Years

Required Skills: ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Portal, UI Builder

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain CMDB, CI classes, relationships, IRE, and CMDB health.
  • Implement and troubleshoot Discovery, MID Servers, Discovery Schedules, and Patterns.
  • Configure ITOM Event Management, event rules, alerts, correlation, and remediation.
  • Develop Service Portal pages and widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build UI Builder pages, components, data resources, and user experiences.
  • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  • Configure Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST API integrations.
  • Support testing, deployments, production issues, and platform enhancements.

Required Skills

  • ITOM & Discovery: Infrastructure discovery, MID Server, Discovery Patterns, Event Management, and alert handling.
  • CMDB: CI relationships, IRE, reconciliation, and data quality.
  • Service Portal: Widget development, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • UI Builder: Pages, components, data resources, and event handling.
  • Core Development: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, REST APIs, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
