AI Platform Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI Platform Lead to architect, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI agent platforms and drive AI-powered business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable AI agent platforms and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents for enterprise use cases.
• Build production-ready LLM applications with robust monitoring, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Lead MLOps, enterprise integrations, and AI platform performance.
• Develop reusable AI accelerators and deliver measurable productivity improvements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 10–15 years of overall experience in software engineering, or related technology domains.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI, ML, production AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, crewAI, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience deploying enterprise LLM applications at scale.
• Expert-level Python development, FastAPI, and agent orchestration.
• Strong experience with RAG, vector databases, and LLM APIs.
• Hands-on experience in production MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and enterprise system design.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Databricks, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
