Location - Mumbai - India

Reporting to - Team Lead – Setup

Joining - Immediate

Key Responsibility Areas - Handling complex global online tracking projects which would primarily include pre-analysis tasks such as Project setup, Survey scripting, Data management in SQL and visualization setup in internal tools.

Operational Skillsets:

• Excellent knowledge of Confirmit platform and survey scripting

techniques

• Advanced SQL querying knowledge
• Knowledge of excel and data processing will be an advantage
• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Handling projects independently and guiding junior team members

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s in engineering/Technology or BE/BTech + MBA

(marketing/operations)

• 3-5 years’ experience of survey scripting in MR

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scripting questionnaires to meet client requirements
• Create data collection setup and perform data checks
• Responsible for setting up the questionnaire in our internal systems and

databases

• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality execution of all projects
• Assist the TL in team operations, process development and bringing in

efficiency measures

• Lead and assist internal trainings and knowledge sharing initiatives
