Job Description: Salesforce CRM Senior Developer Analyst

Core Responsibilities & Technical Skills
1. Systems Integration & Retail Architecture
Design, implement and support scalable ERP and unified commerce integrations with LS Central and D365 Business Central.
Develop custom Apex REST/SOAP endpoints and integration workflows using Platform Events and External ID-based matching.
Implement integration exception logging, monitoring and automated retry mechanisms for high-volume retail transactions.
2. Configuration & Automation
Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules and granular permission sets.
Develop Screen, Record-Triggered and Scheduled Flows; migrate legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations to optimized Flows.
3. Custom Development & Code Optimization
Develop secure, high-performance Apex classes, multi-object triggers, Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex.
Build scalable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Optimize bulkification, manage governor limits, refactor technical debt and perform PMD/static code analysis cleanup.
4. Enhancements, Testing & Release Management
Maintain live production processes and manage complex functional requirements end-to-end, from solution design through sandbox development.
Coordinate UAT, regression testing and sandbox-to-production deployments.
Ensure compatibility with Salesforce Spring, Summer and Winter seasonal releases.
5. Platform Governance & Production Support
Manage ticket-based user queues, licence allocation, data integrity fixes and audits of the global Salesforce security model.
Support ongoing platform governance, maintenance and operational improvements.
Experience & Certifications
Experience: Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration lifecycle experience.
Industry Expertise: Retail, omnichannel supply chains and physical POS integrations.
Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1).
Preferred Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II (PDII) or Integration Architect.
