Role Description The Co-founder with investment at Homepage will play a strategic and hands-on role in building and scaling the business. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities may include defining product vision and roadmap, setting business and revenue strategies, and guiding go-to-market plans. The role involves collaborating on partnerships with developers, agents, and other ecosystem stakeholders, overseeing key operational priorities, and supporting fundraising and investor relations. The Co-founder will also help shape company culture, recruit core team members, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to long-term growth and exit strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business strategy, startup building, or entrepreneurship, ideally in proptech, real estate, or consumer tech.
  • Background in product thinking, user experience, or mobile app-based platforms, with the ability to align technology with market needs.
  • Financial acumen, including comfort with investing in early-stage ventures and understanding of unit economics, revenue models, and budgeting.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills for engaging buyers, sellers, partners, and potential investors.
  • Ability to work part-time while taking ownership of high-impact decisions and collaborating effectively in a hybrid Bengaluru-based environment.
  • Prior leadership or co-founding experience is highly beneficial; an MBA or relevant business/technology degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
