Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong Python development expertise and hands-on experience in building LLM-based Multi-Agent solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI applications for the US Healthcare domain, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.

Mandatory Skills

  • 3-6 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Python.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Strong experience in LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Experience building and orchestrating Multi-Agent AI workflows.
  • Expertise in developing REST APIs, backend services, and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Agent Instruction Design.
  • Experience optimizing LLM applications for latency, cost, and token efficiency.
  • Proficiency in debugging, error handling, memory management, and performance tuning.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
