Position: Product Manager – Keysight EDA Solutions Industry: Electronic Design Automation (EDA), RF & Microwave, Semiconductor, Aerospace & Defence Location: Bangalore India Experience: 5–10 years preferred We are looking for a technically competent and business-oriented Keysight EDA Product Manager responsible for driving sales growth, market development, product positioning, and customer engagement for Keysight Electronic Design Automation solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic accounts, working closely with Keysight OEM teams, supporting technical sales activities, and achieving revenue targets across key industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for Keysight EDA solutions.
  • Develop annual business plans, revenue targets, and product growth strategies.
  • Identify new customers and emerging markets for RF, microwave, wireless, and semiconductor design solutions.
  • Build and manage sales pipelines and forecast opportunities.
  • Identify competitive replacement opportunities involving Cadence, Ansys, and other EDA solutions.
  • Develop relationships with R&D heads, RF design engineers, technical directors, and engineering leadership.
  • Manage strategic accounts across defence, aerospace, space, telecommunications, semiconductor, automotive, and research organizations.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Work with application engineers to arrange product demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Work closely with Keysight product and regional teams.
  • Conduct business planning meetings.
  • Coordinate technical support, customer evaluations, and product training.
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews and account development plans.
  • Identify opportunities for joint customer visits and marketing initiatives.
  • Organize technical workshops, webinars, seminars, and industry events.
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted prospecting campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on product positioning and campaigns.
  • Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in EDA software technical sales, product management, or business development.
  • Understanding of RF/microwave engineering, wireless communications, radar, semiconductor design, and simulation workflows.
  • Familiarity with Keysight ADS, SystemVue, EMPro, or equivalent EDA software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage account planning, and OEM relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
