About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager, AI to join our team in our Bangalore office. With how AI models are evolving, we don't believe in traditional roles. Whereas in an old-school company you may write long PRDs and hand off to designers and engineering, and spend weeks in back and forths trying to get 1 feature approved, we operate completely differently. Here's what your day-to-day may look like:

  • Instead of writing PRD's, you'll build prototypes.
  • You'll be responsible for prioritizing which pain points to solve, outlining how we should solve them, and designing the user experience yourself as well (with the power of our AI design tools).
  • At any given time, you may be using AI coding tools and AI design tools to parallel track prototypes for 5-10 large features.
  • Rather than waiting weeks for approvals, features you prototype will be handed off to engineering and be shipped into production an average of 2-5 days.
  • You will talk to customers and research the domain deeply - becoming an expert for the team on domain knowledge and product strategy.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working as a Product Manager at a venture backed startup.
  • Either (A) strong experience professionally as a software engineer, or (B) exceptional UX design skills. Must be multifaceted in one of these 2 ways.
