GTC (Granaura Technology Company) builds production AI for enterprises: custom systems that run inside a client's day-to-day operations. Our engineers work inside the client's team, and the code lives in the client's repository. We deliver from Gurgaon to clients in India, Europe and the Gulf.
WHAT YOU WILL BUILD
- Modules on a client's unified data layer: demand forecasting and allocation, procure-to-pay reconciliation, voice-of-customer analysis, and natural-language querying over the client's own data.
- Agents that act inside a single system: an inbox agent handling 25,000 to 30,000 emails a month, an order desk that carries a purchase order through to dispatch, and call audits that transcribe and score every service call.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Sit with the client's operations team, map how the work is done today, and pick the part worth automating first.
- Build it end to end: ingestion, data model, LLM and ML components, evaluation, and the screen people use.
- Deploy on the client's infrastructure. Often that is their own cloud or servers, with open models hosted in India because the data cannot leave.
- Own it in production: monitoring, checks that catch bad output before a person sees it, and fixes when an upstream system changes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A degree from a Tier-1 institute: an IIT, BITS Pilani, IIIT, IIIT , or NIT. We are not considering other institutes for this role.
- 1+ years writing production software, mostly in Python.
- At least one LLM or ML system you put in front of real users. Tell us what broke after launch and how you found out.
- Comfort with messy data: ERP exports, scanned documents, email threads, call audio.
- Clear written English. You will write for client engineers and for operations heads who are not technical.
A PLUS, NOT A REQUIREMENT
- Time at a firm under fifty people.

- Gurgaon, hybrid. Some days are spent at client offices.
