Your Mission

Be the bridge between what the business needs and what ships. From the first conversation about a requirement to the moment it goes live, you'll own the whole path: shaping the idea with stakeholders, building the interface people see and the services behind it, and making sure it works as intended.

What You'll Do

  • Ship complete features: database schema, API endpoints, background tasks and the React UI that uses them
  • Define clear API contracts with the team and keep frontend and backend in sync
  • Handle session state, resumability and real-world edge cases across the stack
  • Write tests at both layers, and help debug issues in production
  • Contribute to Docker setup, deployment and CI
  • Use AI tools to move faster, and share what works with the team
  • Bring product and market insights straight to the founders

What You Bring

Must have

  • 1-3 years of professional experience across frontend and backend
  • Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript
  • Experience with Python (or another backend language) and a web framework such as FastAPI
  • Working SQL knowledge; PostgreSQL or similar
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JWT authentication and state management
  • Comfort with Git, Docker and the command line
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • The self-discipline to thrive in async, remote-first work

Nice to have

  • Experience with real-time features, media APIs or audio/video processing
  • Exposure to AI / LLM integrations
  • Cloud deployment experience (GCP / AWS) and basic observability
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, Celery and Redis
