Full Stack Engineering Lead
Asymbl is The Workforce Orchestration Company™. We help staffing and recruiting firms bring people, AI, and software together as one hybrid workforce. We create the software, we put the AI to work, and we have the consulting expertise to orchestrate it all.
Position Overview
You’ll ship features end to end on Asymbl Intelligence, the platform behind our products, from the user interface through the APIs to the data and AI services behind them, within an architecture set by our Enterprise Architect and with guidance from the Full Stack Engineering Lead. You take a feature from design to production and make sure it’s tested, observable, and ready to scale.
What you ship goes straight into the hands of customers running hybrid teams of people and digital workers. You’ll work with AI-native products, large real-world data sets, and live integrations rather than a sandbox, so you’ll see the impact of your code quickly. The team is small and senior-led, with clear architecture and a direct line to product decisions, and there’s room to go deeper on AI systems, data, and cloud and to take on more ownership as you do.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining full stack features on the Asymbl Intelligence platform, writing clean, tested code and shipping it reliably to production.
