About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and market-driven Senior Manager – Business Development to strengthen Ami Polymer Pvt. Ltd.’s presence in injectable and biopharma consumables across the South region. The role will focus on driving product positioning, market penetration, and key account growth for high-value GMP-critical consumables, while working closely with sales, R&D, and operations to support new product introductions and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute product marketing strategies for injectable and biopharma consumables aligned with business goals.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Manage and promote products including tubing, single use systems, filters, connectors, and other critical process consumables.
  • Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with product positioning, technical presentations, training modules, and marketing collateral.
  • Key Account Management: Engage with strategic customers in injectable, biologics, and vaccine manufacturing to drive adoption and long-term partnerships.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, pricing intelligence, and opportunity assessment.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Coordinate with R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams to support product launches, validations, and customer trials.
  • Customer Engagement: Interface with customers on technical discussions, audits, and solution development related to aseptic manufacturing processes.
  • Regional Focus: Drive business development initiatives across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana pharma clusters.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regulatory, quality, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Polymer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 10–14 years of experience in product marketing or technical sales within injectable / biopharma consumables.
  • Industry Exposure: Strong background in injectables, biologics, vaccines, and GMPregulated environments.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of aseptic manufacturing processes and GMPcritical consumables.
  • Regional Experience: Preferred exposure to AP & Telangana pharmaceutical manufacturing clusters.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
  • Personal Attributes: High levels of suitability, stability, sustainability, flexibility, and continuity in role execution
