Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Commerce Product leader to own and drive the end-to-end commerce experience for a large-scale consumer platform.
The role will focus on creating a seamless customer journey from discovery and product selection through cart, checkout, transaction, order placement, and post-purchase experience.
The ideal candidate should have deep experience in consumer commerce, e-commerce, marketplace, or transaction-led products and should be comfortable owning large, complex product charters.
Key Responsibilities
Commerce Product Strategy
- Define the overall Commerce product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Identify opportunities across the consumer shopping journey to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Build a scalable roadmap across multiple commerce journeys and product surfaces.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, data, and technical feasibility.End-to-End Commerce Ownership

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Payments, Supply, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Align multiple teams around commerce priorities.
- Manage dependencies across Commerce, Payments, Platform, Supply, and other product areas.
- Drive large-scale product launches from strategy through execution.Business & Product Metrics
Own and monitor metrics such as:
- Conversion rate
- Add-to-cart rate
- Checkout completion
- Transaction volume

- 13+ years of Product Management experience.
- Strong experience in Commerce / E-commerce / Marketplace products.
- Experience owning large-scale consumer-facing commerce journeys.
- Strong understanding of discovery, conversion, cart, checkout, orders, and transactions.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven product approach.
- Experience leading senior Product Managers or large product charters.
