As an AI Product Management Practitioner, a typical day involves steering the creation and advancement of AI-powered products by working closely with diverse teams including data scientists, engineers, and various stakeholders.   • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of AI product goals with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency within AI product workflows.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Automation Integration.
  • Strong knowledge of AI product lifecycle management and strategic planning.
  • Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI solutions.
  • Ability to analyze AI model performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Familiarity with ethical frameworks and best practices in AI development.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making within complex AI project environments.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
