The Opportunity:

At CareStack, the Product Manager defines the path forward for the evolution of the product

platform. As a Product Manager, you'd be responsible for:

  • Working closely with all our stakeholders - customers, executive leadership, sales, marketing and implementation teams - to understand and prioritize the most important drivers for business growth.
  • Building consensus on the business priorities based on which the product platform needs to evolve.
  • Working closely with the development and the marketing teams to plan and launch value bundles within the platform.
  • Analyzing the performance of the application platform, monitor the effectiveness of the features / value bundles launched, and communicate the same within the organization.
  • Evangelizing the product story - around impact, growth and the future - both internally and externally to build transparency, trust and confidence.
  • Working with sales and business development teams to close deals with larger customers.

What would you need to succeed as a PM at CareStack

  • Ability to empathize, analyse, prioritize, visualize, articulate, document and coordinate.
  • A natural desire to make people around you successful.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new business domains and applications.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a developer is highly preferred.
  • An MBA degree is good-to-have, but not required.
