Role Description The Co-Founder role at The Badaaadami is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bhopal, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves jointly shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, and translating ideas into actionable plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing core operations, collaborating on marketing and sales initiatives, conducting market and user research, and building strategic partnerships. The Co-Founder will manage budgets and resources, contribute to product and service development, and support hiring and team-building efforts. The position requires close collaboration with other founders to drive sustainable growth and ensure a strong, values-aligned organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand markets, identify opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to pitch ideas, build relationships, and collaborate effectively with partners, team members, and customers.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to develop go-to-market strategies, grow the customer base, and strengthen the brand.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take ownership, work in uncertain environments, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing projects or small teams.
• Comfort with hybrid work in Bhopal, including in-person collaboration and remote coordination.
• Prior startup, business development, or product-building experience is an advantage.
