Spectral Consultants is hiring for a Salesforce Solutions Manager role for a leading Chemical Manufacturing Organization in Chennai location.

💼 Experience: 7+ Years

We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Manager who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, drive Salesforce enhancements, and ensure successful solution delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

✅ Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders, conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, and align priorities.

✅ Functional Solutioning:Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories, recommending standard Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

✅ Salesforce Configuration:Perform basic to moderate configuration and administration, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and access settings.

✅ Project & Delivery Management:Drive Salesforce implementations and enhancements, manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and release planning.

✅ Backlog & Agile Management:Facilitate backlog refinement, prioritisation, sprint planning, and coordination across business and technical teams.

🔹 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

📌 Timely delivery of Salesforce enhancements, releases, and project milestones.

📌 Stakeholder satisfaction and effective management of business expectations.

📌 Effective backlog prioritisation and resolution of delivery dependencies.

📌 Adoption of standard Salesforce functionality and best practices wherever appropriate.
