Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Associate Product Manager with strong expertise in US healthcare, preferably Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate will own product vision, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end product delivery while working closely with clients, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision, roadmap, features, and release plans.
Engage directly with US healthcare clients to gather requirements and translate them into product specifications.
Manage product backlogs, write PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Drive end-to-end product development, prioritization, and delivery using Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable digital platforms.
Leverage AI tools and AI/ML-driven solutions to accelerate product development and improve efficiency.
Analyze product performance, user feedback, and business data to drive improvements.
Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, timelines, and product quality.

Mandatory Requirements:

8–10 years of overall IT experience, including at least 4 years in Product Management within US healthcare.
Hands-on experience interacting directly with US healthcare clients for product requirements.
Strong understanding of Payer and Provider RCM workflows.
Proven experience writing PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for product management and collaborative product development.
Azure product development experience is highly preferred.
Experience in analytics, automation (RPA), AI/ML products, or in-house platform development is an advantage.
