Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Manager role based in Jaipur. The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end project and program delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards are met across multiple client engagements. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving effective communication between clients, internal consultants, and technical teams. The Delivery Manager will monitor project risks and issues, provide data-driven insights, and support decision-making to keep delivery on track. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of delivery processes, supports pre-sales and solution design activities when needed, and ensures alignment with NeosAlpha’s consultative, customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget adherence

● Define delivery plans, milestones, governance, and risk mitigation strategies.

● Manage resource planning, allocation, utilization, and capacity across projects.

● Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address delivery risks.

● Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery practices and release management

● Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud, and data

● Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure SDLC/DevOps best practices.
