About the Role

Talemexa is looking for an experienced and versatile Full Stack Developer to take product features from concept to production across the frontend, backend, and database layers. The ideal candidate will have practical experience building modern web applications, developing APIs, managing databases, and supporting deployment workflows.

You should be comfortable working with technologies such as React or Angular, Node.js, Java or Python, and SQL or NoSQL databases. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to translate requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable software.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, and can balance technical quality with delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Frontend Interfaces: Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly interfaces using React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Build Backend Services: Develop and maintain backend applications and business logic using Node.js, Java, Python, or other suitable technologies.
• Design and Integrate APIs: Create, document, test, and maintain REST APIs that connect frontend applications with backend services and third-party platforms.
• Manage Databases: Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and maintain data integrity across SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Handle Database Migrations: Plan and implement database schema changes and migrations while minimizing disruption to existing applications.
• Write Automated Tests: Develop unit, integration, and other automated tests to improve application quality and reduce defects.
• Optimize Application Performance: Identify bottlenecks and improve frontend responsiveness, backend processing, and database efficiency.
• Support Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy applications, monitor production performance, investigate errors, and help maintain system reliability.
• Use Docker and CI/CD: Work with containerization and automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code while following established engineering standards.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver features that meet business requirements.
• Take End-to-End Ownership: Manage assigned features from initial planning and development through testing, release, and post-deployment support.Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–6 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Practical experience with React or Angular for frontend development.
• Experience developing backend applications using Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with automated testing, debugging, and application deployment.
• Understanding of web security, responsive design, and software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
