Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM), specifically Point of Sale (POS) customization and installation.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience configuring, customizing, installing, deploying, and troubleshooting POS solutions within the D365 retail ecosystem. The candidate should be capable of independently handling technical implementation activities, resolving POS-related issues, and collaborating with functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure POS solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
• Install, deploy, and configure POS components across relevant environments.
• Support D365 retail POS implementation, integration, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot POS installation, configuration, integration, and runtime issues.
• Diagnose technical defects and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and technical teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment validation, and production support.
• Ensure POS solutions operate reliably and align with business and technical requirements.
• Document technical configurations, troubleshooting steps, and implementation activities.Mandatory Technical Skills
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical consulting or development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Practical experience in both POS customization and POS installation is mandatory.
• Good understanding of D365 Retail/Commerce and POS architecture.
• Experience with POS configuration, deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote contract engagement.Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a technically strong D365 professional who can independently manage POS customization, installation, deployment, and support activities with minimal supervision.

Candidates with only functional D365 experience or without practical POS installation and customization experience may not be suitable for this requirement.
