We are looking for skilled SAP HANA Database Administrators with hands-on experience in HANA installation, administration, monitoring, backup, recovery, and performance troubleshooting.

**🔑 Key Skills Required:**

• SAP HANA 1.0 / 2.0 Installation & Administration

• SAP HANA MDC (Multi-Tenant Database Containers)

• Linux Operating System

• Backup & Recovery using Backint and HANA Studio

• HANA Database Upgrade, Patching & DB Client Upgrade

• Performance Monitoring, Tuning & Troubleshooting

**💻 Roles & Responsibilities:**

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade SAP HANA databases.

• Perform database backup, restore, and point-in-time recovery for MDC and non-MDC systems.

• Monitor HANA systems using HANA Studio and resolve alerts.

• Manage database users, roles, licenses, audit logs, and parameter configurations.

• Troubleshoot memory, CPU utilization, backup, and performance issues using trace files.

• Handle P1/P2 incidents, technical escalations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Perform system health checks and support high availability and disaster recovery.

• Manage technical incidents, service requests, change requests, and migrations.

• Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

**🎯 Ideal Candidate:**

• 3–6 years of hands-on SAP HANA DBA experience.

• Strong understanding of HANA architecture and Linux.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer communication skills.
